Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the MGS WA platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Overview
MGS WA is a platform that connects with the WhatsApp Business API and allows users to build, manage, and deploy automated chatbots for business communication.
2. Eligibility
To use MGS WA, you must:
Be at least 18 years old.
Provide accurate account and business information.
Have authority to represent the business you register.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these terms.
3. Account Registration
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
All activities that occur under your account.
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of security.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use MGS WA for:
Sending spam or unauthorized marketing messages.
Creating bots that violate WhatsApp’s policies.
Sharing harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content.
Engaging in abusive, threatening, or fraudulent behavior.
We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you misuse the platform.
5. WhatsApp Business API Integration
You acknowledge that:
MGS WA integrates with Meta’s WhatsApp Business API.
You must comply with WhatsApp's Commerce and Messaging Policies.
You are responsible for maintaining your own WhatsApp Business API access (either through Meta or a verified BSP).
We are not liable for disruptions caused by changes to WhatsApp’s platform or policies.
6. Payments & Subscription
Some features of MGS WA may require payment.
Fees are billed according to the pricing plan you select.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled in advance.
No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused services unless stated in our refund policy.
7. Data Privacy
By using MGS WA, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for obtaining consent from your customers before interacting with them via WhatsApp through our platform.
8. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of your chatbot data and messages.
We do not claim ownership of your content but may use anonymized data for analytics and service improvement.
9. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to MGS WA if:
You violate these Terms or applicable laws.
You misuse the platform or harm its integrity.
Required by WhatsApp, Meta, or legal authorities.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
MGS WA is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no guarantees regarding:
Platform uptime or availability
Accuracy or reliability of the service
Compatibility with all WhatsApp features or devices
Use of the service is at your own risk.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maagreensoft shall not be liable for:
Loss of profits, revenue, or data
Business interruption
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for using MGS WA in the last 3 months.
12. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. If changes are significant, we’ll notify users via email or in-platform notice. Continued use of MGS WA after updates means you accept the new terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Uganda.
